Our initial one hour meeting is complementary and is designed to give
us the opportunity to get to know each other. It is a time for you to
share your ideas and visions, as well as, interview your planner.
GETTING STARTED
The "Getting Started" Package consists of a one to two hour
meeting with the wedding couple and/or other individuals assisting in
making decisions. We answer general questions, provide direction, and
offer budget guidance. We also provide wedding planning tools such as
a budget worksheet, a planning calendar and etiquette information to start
you on your way to planning a wonderful wedding.
FULL WEDDING PLANNING SERVICE
An A to Z planning package for couples who have limited hours to spend
planning their dream wedding. This service includes unlimited
consulting, coordination of entire wedding (ceremony and reception) and
attendance at the wedding rehearsal and day of the wedding.
PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING SERVICE
This service is offered for the couple who has secured some vendors but
would like full service planning for the remainder of their planning process.
This package includes all services offered in the Full Planning service,
with the exception of finding vendors previously selected.
WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT
Wedding Day Management is perfect for the couple who has already
planned everything but would like to relax and enjoy their wedding day.
We would meet with you one to two hours prior to your wedding date to
gather information, confirm plans and finalize details. In addition, this
package includes attendance at wedding rehearsal and up to eight hours
of service on the wedding day by two wedding coordinators. We also provide
a schedule for wedding party and vendors. Finally, to deal with those
little surprises, we bring a complete wedding day "emergency kit."
CUSTOM PACKAGE
Some couples prefer to do some planning themselves, but would like assistance
from a professional on specific needs. At Premier Planning Services, we
are happy to assist you with only the help you are seeking. This package
is perfect for those who want to jump start their planning. After an initial
meeting, we will predetermine a package cost that fits your needs. Once
we have a agreed a plan, we will move forward assisting you in only the
areas you requested.
HOURLY SERVICE
Premier Planning Services Inc.can be contracted on an hourly basis to
assist with services or provide advice.
